Return & Refund Policy

At Pushpraj Collection, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Item must not be damaged or altered

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
  • Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order ID and reason for return
  • Our team will guide you through the return process

4. Return Pickup

- We may arrange a pickup through our logistics partner where available - In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product - Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or defective products, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will resolve the issue on priority.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
