3. Orders

Orders are confirmed via email/SMS. We may cancel orders due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity. Refunds will be issued if payment has already been made.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through third-party logistics partners. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delays may occur due to external factors. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
• Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipping, cancellation is not possible, but returns are allowed as per policy.
